The league treasurer and the league secretary pass each other backups of the league file after each has entered their weekly info. If the secretary makes changes to his/her file after sending it to the treasurer, how can they save that additional data entered and apply just that data to the treasurer's file when it is returned?
1) Secretary enters scores
2) Secretary sends file to Treasurer
3a) Secretary adds bowler information (addresses and phone #s)
3b) Treasurer updates bowler fees
4) Treasurer sends file back to Secretary
5?) If Secretary restores with the file from the Treasurer, all the bowler info is blanked out.
How do I save just the bowler info and restore it after the Treasurer's file has been :confused:?
