placing preorders

I'm trying to order 2 copies of 2008 upgrade using two different customer numbers. The first one went OK, the second one I get an error message-- "you are not allowed to access this resource, error code 36". I need two separate copies of the program, they are owned by two different leagues. Can you help?

Try clearing your browser cache / cookies and place the second order. I've not come across this issue.
