For those who provided emails (regardless of choosing electronic delivery or choosing to have the manual and CD-ROM shipped), we will be doing our mass emailings with your registration codes later in the last week of August.
Ordered via Electronic Delivery:
Nothing other than the email with your registration code will be sent.
Orders placed prior to Aug 29th should receive their emails by then. If not, contact sales at either sales@cdesoftware.com (sales@cdesoftware.com) or via phone at 206.937.8069 to insure that your email address is correct.
Ordering with Media Kit:
The email with your registration code will be sent as a courtesy so that you may, prior to receiving your package, download the software and install it, should you elect to do so.
Products will begin physically going out the door on Sept 2nd (UPS does not pickup or deliver on Labor Day).
Priority for shipping is Next Day service, Second Day Service and then Ground shipping. We make every effort to ship out first come, first server within each shipment method. For example, if you ordered your product via next day air last week and your friend ordered their software in July via ground, your package would be processed first. If you had ordered last week via ground and your friend ordered their software in July via ground, then your friends package would be processed before yours.
We have several thousand orders to process and ship, so we can not guarantee your product will be outbound on September 2nd. We make every effort to package up as many outbound items as fast as humanly possible and it simply may take a few days to get all the preorders out the door.
Those selecting Next Day, Second Day and Ground Service, please make sure that you are available for delivery of your package or that you have given instructions either for the signer of the package or appropriate instructions for your UPS driver. In some cases, the driver may leave the package on your door step. In other cases, we have seen UPS deliver the package to an employee at a bowling center, where the employee forgets to hand over to the league process. Please understand these issues are outside of our control and make every effort on your side to take delivery of your package.
UPS Tracking will be emailed to customers who had provided their correct email to us when we ship.
